Suicide at AAP's rally: Arvind Kejriwal apologise; Gajendra Singh's mother, father reject apology
Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has apologise today for the suicide of the farmer during his rally. Kejriwal said he was feeling guilty for continuing the rally after the suicide bid of the farmer Gajendra Singh. He said it was wrong on his part to go ahead with his speech.

Arvind Kejriwal said that if his actions have hurt people sentiments, he is sorry for that. He said that he was not able to digest Gajendra's deaths as everything happened in front of his and because of this incident he was not able to sleep.

However, the relatives of farmer Gajendra Singh have refused to accept the apology offered by Arvind Kejriwal. Gajendra's mother said that there was no use of Kejriwal's apology now when she had lost her son. Gajendra's mother was equally angry over the others present at the spot of the suicide. She said that they even protect an ant, but the people in Delhi didn't do anything to save her son.

Gajendra father also refused to accept Kejriwal's apology saying it was now worthless. Blaming AAP's chief for the the death of his son, the father said that Kejriwal's apology proves it that he knew he was guilty.

Vijendra Singh, brother of Gajendra Singh has also blamed Kejriwal for the death and asked him not to behave like a politician. "I want to say to Kejriwal that instead of behaving like a political person, he should behave on human terms. Kejriwal should explain every point and tell us that why and what happened in his rally," said Vijendra.

Meanwhile the political parties are also not sitting silent and are blaming the leader after his apology also. BJP members have criticized the Delhi CM saying that his politics is based on allegations, accuses and blame games. And the Congress leaders feels that the incident could have been avoided if Kejriwal had been sensitive enough.

BSP chief Mayawati also reacted to Arvind Kejriwal's apology and said that farmer Gajendra Singh won't come back because of his apology. If they would have taken timely steps, they could have made Gajendra come down, said Mayawati

Delhi police on Thursday had accused AAP members of obstructing efforts to save the farmer who committed suicide at the anti-land bill rally. This allegation has been refuted by top AAP leaders.
