Super winter foods to stay fighting fit
The flavors and produce of each season are not only delicious but are also the 'super foods' for that particular season. In the case of winter super foods, they provide you good immunity and fight against infection. So including such super foods in your diet can get you through the chilly months. Oranges should be consumed whole, because then you also ingest the fiber. As all know it is rich in Vitamin C, which helps fight common cold and cough. Have them and you may not need any antibiotics.
