Survey for Gurgaon-Manesar-Bawal metro rail project to take shape this September
After the success of Delhi Metro, a number of such metro projects have come up, (some even completed and running) making life easier for commuters. Similarly, a 108-km -long Gurgaon-Manesar-Bawal metro rail project is also expected to start in 2015 and take another four years for it to be completed. The corridor would witness 50 metro stations.

''The project would be jointly completed by the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC) and Haryana Mass Rapid Transport Corporation (HMRTC). About 465 acres of land has been identified and notified for the project," Chief Secretary S.C. Choudhary, chairman of the HMRTC, reported Business Standard.

A survey is expected to be conducted on the stretch by Japan International Corporation Agency this September. A number of Japanese companies were said to have been interested in the project as well. The project is going to cost a whopping 27,441 crore.

Japan is also reportedly said to provide a loan for 23,217.80 crore at 0.5 percent, which is considerably cheap. But, the remaining amount of more than 4000 crores is going to be provided by (HMRTC) and Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development Corporation (DMICDC).

This piece of news would bring smiles across real estate dealers, as the prices in the region are just going to shoot rapidly with such plan in the pipeline with the number of industries and software companies in the area.
