Syria becoming weapons testing ground for foreign military forces
After the end of the Islamic State, foreign forces are now fighting openly in Syria. On one side are Syria, Russia, and Iran, and on the other are America and Israel. Turkey is the third party on the ground.

After a long time, there was some relief in Eastern Ghouta near the Syrian capital Damascus. On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a ceasefire on humanitarian ground, under increasing pressure from the international community. After the announcement of ceasefire, a large number of ordinary people started coming out of the city.

The ceasefire will be applicable from 9 am to 2 pm. During this period, the route will be provided to the citizens of Eastern Ghouta to get out. Russia will assist to get the sick and wounded out. According to the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the ceasefire will be implemented with the help of the Syrian government.

There is a stronghold of rebels in Eastern Ghouta near the capital Damascus. In the past few weeks, the army of Assad has carried out heavy attacks with air and tanks on this area. More than 500 people were killed and more than 1770 injured in the army bombing in just five days in the past week.

From 19th February to 26th February, Russia has made a lot of air strikes in Eastern Ghouta adjacent to the Syrian capital Damascus. Under the aegis of air strikes, the Syrian army took ground military action in the knot called the last stronghold of the rebels. Its price was paid by the lives of 500 people.

The United Nations Security Council unanimously endorsed the 30-day ceasefire. Only then, did Russia and Syria declare a temporary ceasefire. UN General Secretary Antonio Guterres said that the five-hour ceasefire was better than nothing. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres described the circumstances in Eastern Ghouta as hell on Earth. Guterres demanded an immediate ceasefire in Eastern Ghouta.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad now wants to end the last stronghold of the rebels. Civil war has risen in Syria for the past seven years. Protests against President Assad began in 2011, demonstrators demanded the release of political prisoners and the president's resignation. Assad tried to eliminate demonstrations using power. After this, an armed struggle broke out between Assad and the opponents. At the same time, the Islamic State emerged. Since then, more than 3,00,000 people have been killed in Syria.

Russia wants to save Assad in some way. According to reports, Russian and Iranian fighters are fighting for Assad in Syria. At the same time, Moscow is also testing its weapons in Syria. Iran wants to increase the influence of the Shia community in Syria.

Israel is disturbed by the interference of Iran. At the same time, the US, which was crushing the Islamic State with the help of the Kurds, is still standing with Kurdish fighters. Kurdish fighters are stabbing in the eyes of Syria and Turkey. Turkey is attacking strong strongholds of Kurdistan in northern Syria.
