As he completed his odyssey of over forty in the industry this month Brooke Bond Taj Mahal, India’s premium tea blend, in association with the Enlighten Film Society conferred the ‘Taj Enlighten Tareef Award’ on Amitabh Bachchan, for his outstanding contribution to world cinema. The award was presented on 28th Feb 2010 by Shrijeet Mishra, Executive Director, Foods, HUL at Cinemax, Versova in Mumbai. Bhawana Somaya, a renowned film journalist and an integral part of the Enlighten Film Society held the center stage by holding a live interaction with Amitabh Bachchan and the audience.
