Tanu Weds Manu Returns trailer pays testimony to fact that Kangana Ranaut can pull off almost anything
Tanu weds Manu was one of the films, which recognised the acting chops of Kangana Ranaut. While R. Madhavan was already known for his sensible roles, it was Kangana's film throughout. Now the makers of the previous film, Anand L. Rai, has scripted a sequel and have introduced Kangana's lookalike in the film Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

The trailer of the film has been launched recently and people are liking the new avatar of Kangana Ranaut, where she speaks fluent Haryanvi and seems sans makeup. Deducing from the trailer, one can understand that Tanu and Manu's love story has run into troubled water and that both are looking for someone else.

Talking about the role and her learning a local dialect Ranaut said, ''I had a tough time with the dialect but I had a tutor on the set. The conflict was always between the two - Tanuja Trivedi and Datto.''

As was reported by she further added, ''Datto is adorable, fearless and she has purity. On the other hand, Tanu is wild and a little bit selfish. Tanuja used to be the real heroine but Datto came into the scene and stole the show.''

The film, which is slated to release on May 22 is a true sequel as it starts right from where the story ends in the first film. We would again get a glimpse of Tanu, who is a rebel in her own way and her marriage to Manu, who is known for his good behaviour, have had no effect on her.

For the doppelganger role, Kangana Ranaut has apart from a local dialect, braces and a short hair with minimal make up. As the first time, this film promises a number of laughs and a sugar and spice love story.
