Tattoos are becoming a style statement nowadays. But, what if you want your skin in its original state, or if you get bored with your body design - the solution for this is tattoo removal.
The most common method for tattoo removal is the laser method. The laser tattoo removal method is a safe, advanced and the safest method for tattoo removal, and it can also remove coloured tattoos. But it is not possible in a single session and you need multiple session for a complete result. The tattoo removal side affects associated with laser treatment is the damage to your skin through the laser rays. And tattoo removal pain is due to blisters and scabs that are formed during the process.
The other technique used for tattoo removal is Intense Pulsed Light Therapy (
IPL). It is a dermal enhancer. In this therapy a high intensity light is used to remove the tattoo. Initially, a gel is applied to the skin and then the high intensity light is emitted in the area of the skin being treated. IPL therapy has a lesser intensity of tattoo removal pain when compared with the traditional laser therapy but still it has its own tattoo removal side affects.
For tattoo removal at home, you can use the tattoo removal cream, which comes with a chemical base. First, you need to scrub the skin with a device that will remove the top layer of the skin and then apply the cream. This technique requires four to six months to show the results, but the tattoo removal ointments required for this therapy is pretty expensive.
Now, a new product called Rejuvi has come up, which requires comparatively lesser time to remove the tattoo ink when compared to other techniques of tattoo removing. In this process a mild anesthetic gel is applied to the area and then the Rejuvi chemical is applied with a needle taken in reverse. The chemical forms a bond with the ink and pulls the ink out of the skin. The area where the gel is applied should be kept dry for atleast three days. And the procedure costs from $250 to $350 dollars.
