Teachers day celebrated at Desh Bhagat group of institutes
A teacher can play a great role in the development of the new generation, society and country. This was stated by Dr. Zora Singh Chairman of Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes, while presiding over a special function on the occasion of Teacher's Day.
A TEACHER can play a great role in the development of new generation, society and country. This was stated by Dr. Zora Singh Chairman of Desh Bhagat Group of Institutes, while presiding over a special function on the occasion of teachers' day. He also said that education in a means of realizing the dreams of humanity and a tool for human development. The development for education means the removal of ignorance. On this occasion as a chief Guest Ajitinder Singh Mofat, MLA Sardoolgarh how had come specially said that a teachers is like a guru, who guides the students in every sphere. He appealed to the teachers to teach the students with dedication.
On this occasion teachers were honoured for their special contribution towards education and development of the group, which included Dr. Tejwant Singh, Dr. Ramandeep Kaur, Sh. Suresh Rattan, Sh. Sohan Verma were honoured with a Shawl, memento and a sum of Rs. 11,000 each. The employees of every category were also honoured for their dedication and hard work. On this occasion the vice chairperson of the group Smt. Tejinder Kaur impressed upon the teachers to work as role models so that the student could follow their steps.
