According to the article in usatoday.com, co-founder Steve Wozniak, said that Apple would make an attempt in the area as they want the television to remain at the centre of attention. However, he did not comment directly on launching any such device during the International Consumer Electronics Show. The thought behind the project would be that people could use any Apple device to buy TV shows, movies, music or games through iTunes and then watch, hear and play that in their living room television.
A major roadblock that techies are anticipating that can hold back the prospect of such a television is that Apple does not have the amount of content that could make the television a success. According to sources working in Apple, the company has not been able to strike up a deal with various channels to let them share their contents for the revolutionary iTelevision. However, although speculations are rife but since no statements from the company has been released.
