Telangana MPs' threat to commit suicide- Commitment to "Lay Down Life"
The Chief Justice of India be on notice that "Bills" of vote bank politics , which are counter productive to welfare of state and the nation must not be allowed to be passed on the floor of the parliament.

A Parliamentary Democracy which passes 19 bills in '5' minutes amidst din in the well of the house without any meaningful debate can not be allowed to throttle the nation to death. The Honorable Supreme Court has time and again refrained from entertaining Public Interest Litigation's which are moved against the legislative process.

The intellectuals who can visualize ill effects of legislative moves by the Government are feeling helpless and have no option left either to take to arms or to commit suicide being unable to bear the sight of fragmented and weak India in the future.

Present threat by Members of Parliament to Commit suicide ought not to be taken lightly by the Supreme Court. It can not allow itself to be shackled by the governance & jurisdiction rules. It must throw away the blind from its eyes and take action.

Not only the Telengana Bill , but there are other Bills as well which if allowed to be made a Law will result in hollowing the very foundation of "India as a country". The Marriage Amendment Law 2013 is another such Bill, which needs to be discussed threadbare and should not be allowed to be passed in its present form.

As a disciplined retired naval officer, who had taken oath to safeguard the interests of the Nation at all costs and even lay down my life, I feel that I will not hesitate to do so, in case the Marriage Amendment Bill is passed in its present avatar. Nation of my future generations demands that of me. It is an obligatory duty on my part towards

Nation of my forefathers and my future generations, and I am under oath to do so. It is now for you the Honorable Supreme Court to choose to remain silent and keep your eyes blocked out by that veil or wake up...lest, history will Judge you to carry the sacrifice of 'lives & freedom of many' on your collective consciousness on the Chairs you sit and preside over the proceedings of law meant to be "fair for one and all".
