The movie was expected to hit the screens on September 3, but due to the demise of Andhra CM YSR Reddy, the movie's release was postponed and is expected to be released globally on September 5, Teachers' Day.Dil Raju, the producer said that they intended to release the movie in the coming week after the sudden death of their beloved leader YSR Reddy but due to unavoidable circumstances they had to release it on September 5 as the prints of the film have been released all across the globe. Moreover, the distributors had also reserved the cinemas and sold the tickets for the week, so they had to go with the movie release on September 5.
