The temple organisers for such large Pujas should take care that queues are strictly adhered to and large groups are not crowded into the temple premises like what possibly happened in this case. The police should also aid them in these efforts so that such incidents are not repeated such situation. Usually, after such an accident occurs the only action that takes place is a blame game, where no long term solution is achieved.
.It was reported that some agency had successfully invented a breakthrough by inventing a machine which can prompt a bus
driver to stop the vehicle or automatically stop the vehicle in case there is overcrowding. concerned administrators
must take note of this and do everything to aceept this invention for introduction in big numbers with more modifications
if necessary e.g. be it local trains or metro trains or bus or ship - if any of these are overcrowded immediately the
driver is alerted and he would not start unless the extra people come out. Enforcing this invention for practical usage
purpose will solve many of overcrowded-traffic related incidents / accidents. Researchers should also work on inventing
similar devices which could be put to good use in mass gatherings like religious places, marriage halls, public
functions etc. Clear cut barricades with enough of police personnel / volunteers should be well trained beforehand as to
how to deal with crowd queeing up; many a time it is always the impatient people in the crowd keep jostling others resulting
in such stampedes. Home Ministry officials must keep modifying the rules and regulations govering crowd behaviour by
introducing modern techniques through teaching and training to effectively conduct the monitoring of the crowd.
