Terrorism knows no boundaries
People's Republic of China has made new laws to apprehend and punish Islamic terrorism. The Uighur Muslims if Xinjiang were the major culprits but Tibetan Buddhists also got caught in.
THE PEOPLE’S Republic of China is now on board in a global fight against terror. While conceding the point that all Muslims are not terrorists, it is an outcome of a global compilation of statistics that all terrorists are Muslims. 
CHANGING CHINA
The People's Republic of China is changing now in its attitude towards Islamic terrorism. The numerous incidents of violence perpetrated against the Han Chinese in Uighur by the Uighur Muslims has also convinced the top leaders of the Communist Party of China and the ministers of the govt. in Beijing that they must eliminate Islamic terrorists first and other enemies, if any, later.
Now the Law of the Land for the Chinese terrorists is also undergoing a change as per the Chinese standards. In any case not much importance was given to the creature comforts of the Uighur Muslims and now they are being extended to anyone caught in an act of terrorism.
Li Shouwei is a reputed Chinese law expert on terrorism. Now he is withdrawing from active life gradually. However, based on his experience he has written books on law. He says, "The best way to beat terror at its own game is to eliminate as many as possible. "This theory is working and is likely to deter other Uighur Muslims from joining the illegal movement. The ant-terrorist forces have been equipped with new and more effective weapons and the Chinese armament industry is not ignoring home-grown terrorists despite their meagre numbers.
TIBET CLUBBED WITH UIGHURS
There is a sea of difference between Xinjiang where Uighur Muslims live and operate from and Tibet where the Buddhist Tibetans live and pursue their peaceful vocations. Unfortunately the Chinese government does not differentiate between violent Muslims and peaceful Buddhists. Consequently, this flaw in policy has drawn adverse criticism.
Pakistan too played a major role in training and equipping the Uighur Muslim terrorists. China and Pakistan have been bosom friends due to historical reasons. Their friendship has stood the test of time. And yet for Islamic terror a chasm was more than normal.
It is a well-known fact that the Islamic terrorism knows no national boundaries. It knows no religion either despite carrying the label of Islam. What is going on in the Pak-Afghan border is a negation of Islam and the peace it stands for.
China is now on board and is cooperating with other big and small nations in curbing Islamic terrorism. Pakistan had promoted the Islamic terrorism among Uighurs of Xinjiang. Pakis did it notwithstanding the time tested friendship with China. China made no secret of their annoyance with Pakistan and the latter has now promised to behave. It is hoped that after a few years of cooperation in killing terrorism, the results will be noticeable. May the new found love among nations against Islamic terrorism is embedded to promote a peaceful life of common man.
