The biggest fashion week of the world wrapped up in style
It was that time of the year when all the designers come out with their best creations and flaunt it in front of the world followed by acclaim, parties and business. This time all around the globe the fashion week was all about style and panache.
THE FASHION Week that wrapped up in Manhattan, London, Milan and Madrid showcased the Spring/summer collection of 2013. It was the biggest fashion affair in the
world as top designers were able to strut their stuff in front of the global audience. Right from
Kim Kardashian, Viactoria Beckham and Anna Wintour - everyone was present at these cities to witness, judge and know what the world of designers have in mind for 2013. What made it over the top and totally glamorous were not the glitzy parties and the skinny models but the clothes and the runways.
The huge wide runways and the exotic dresses in all shades and designs will have all the fashioniastas of the world reeling under thier magnificent influence. It was a collection of unusual clothes from some of the best known fashion names in the world. Vivennie Westwood upstaged her own models in a curious getup that had a mustache with shorts and climate revolution t-shirt. Trust
lady Gaga to add theatrics to everything as she did on the runway and off it. On the runway she sported bejeweled wedges and a sheer pink cloth that covered her face and almost nothing else and off the runway she sported a multicoloured floral headgears.
Débutante Victoria Bechkam and Katie Holmes also got some applause for their designs that were nowhere near to other eccentric designers' work but are wearable for lesser mortals. Agatha Ruiz De La Prada during the Madrid’s Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, in Madrid, showcased cake-haped humans in bright vibrant colours. Head gears were big this time as models were seen wearing hairs in all sorts of ways and shapes. Flowers were also big, and some models were also seen with painted faces. The runways were clearly extravagant and the accompanying music complimented the whole act.
For all the fashionable people out there, the trends of the season are lace, low necklines, cutouts, and wedged platform heels. Stilettos are always in style and would compliment a perfect evening gown, which has to be off shoulder.
