BABA RAMDEV has a major spiritual impact on the great Khali, the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestler. Ramdev is one of the greatest yoga gurus of India. At the time when Khali was losing his matches and couldn’t understand what to do, Ramdev gave him the mantra of yoga. It was meant to cool him down and to help him control his temper. Subsequently, Khali started doing yoga and became a follower of the guru. Ramdev also advised the wrestler to take vegetarian food only.
Khali is not the only wrestler who practices yoga. Former WWE women’s champion, Trish Stratus (Patricia Stratigias) is also a great supporter of yoga. She had benefited from yoga, when she was suffering from back pain. Presently, she has her own yoga studio. Diamond Dallas, an American professional wrestler, is also a yoga fan.

Apart from yoga, Khali also indulges in weight lifting and other exercise to maintain his body. The giant wrestler is also takes a good amount of food, according to his size, which requires a strict and intimidating daily dietary regimen. Various sites have reported that his daily diet includes five gallons of milk, five chickens and two dozen eggs, along with chapatis, juices and fruits.
It is expected that he would meet his spiritual guru, Ramdev, when he returns to India.
