ANNA HAZARE’S ongoing fast has attracted the attention of people from all quarters of the society and abroad, literally. The latest to support Hazare and his ongoing fast is none other than WWE wrestler, The Great Khali.

The 7 feet 3 inches giant weighing a staggering 190 kg, is also one of the tallest wrestlers in the wrestling world. A spokesperson of the wrestler was quoted saying by an Indian newswire service that Khali has extended his support to Anna and asked people to extend full support to root out corruption from society.

A statement quoting the wrestler said that he was not supporting any political party but Hazare’s movement was in the interest of the country.

Apart from The Great Khali many other affluent personalities have come forward in supporting Anna Hazare and his campaign against corruption. Another celebrity who came out in public supporting Hazare was popular film star Aamir Khan along with director Raju Hirani.

On Friday, actor Om Puri, too, was seen addressing the crowd and extending his full support to Team Anna.
