The less I speak the better it is: Salman Khan
It seems like Bollywood star Salman Khan has learnt quite a good lesson from his recent 'raped women' remark and hence keeping quite. During the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2016 press conference yesterday in Madrid, Salman Khan kept mum on the 'rape remark' and jokingly said he should talk less as these days whatever he says gets misinterpreted.

The 50-year-old actor, while addressing the inauguration of IIFA awards said, "I will not take much time because nowadays the less I speak the better it is."

However, the actor has not yet apologized for his controversial comment despite being under pressure from many political parties and women welfare organizations.

The Dabang star rode into the controversy during an interview about his upcoming movie Sultan. While explaining a situation in the movie, he had said that he felt 'like a raped woman' after his strenuous shooting as a wrestler in 'Sultan'.

He was quoted as saying, "When I used to walk out of the ring, after the shoot, I used to feel like a raped woman. I couldn't walk straight. I would eat and then, head right back to training. That couldn't stop."

This insensitive comment by the super star evoked a controversy on social media.
