Berries are nutritious and low in calories and are full of fibers and vitamin C. One cup of berries contains vitamin C, almost as much present in one cup of orange juice. Bananas are unique fruits, which are preserved by nature in their own packing. We generally avoid eating bananas, as we treat it as a fattening fruit. A banana can provide eleven percent of fiber required in your daily diet. It contains a special kind of starch called 'resistant starch' which will help to burn your body fat and decrease your appetite.

Mango is called the “King of fruits”. It is a great source of vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin E, calcium, potassium and magnesium. One cup of sliced mangoes contains twelve percent of daily dietary fibers. Mangoes contains more sugar as compared to other fruits.

As we know “An apple a day keeps a doctor away”, it is one of the healthiest fruits. An apple contains antioxidants and is also rich in phytonutrients. It is a low calorie fruit, which contains vitamin C, beta-carotene and also small amounts of potassium, phosphorus and calcium.

Grapes, “Queen of the fruits” store many health promoting phyto-nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. They are mainly rich in vitamin C. Red grapes are more preferable over green grapes as they have more antioxidants and nutritional value.
