The plight of the pundits of Kashmir valley
The so called employment package is the worst example of a short sighted and self seeking brand of advisory think tank prevailing upon the Government in the name of secularism, Kashmiriyat and well wisher of Kashmiri people.
IT IS really shocking and pathetic to note the psyche of the government of Jammu and Kashmir envisaging the entire process of rehabilitating Kashmiri Pundits on mere notional and peripheral grounds, than basing the return of this brutally victimized community on some lines of humanity. The so called employment package is the worst example of a short sighted and self seeking brand of advisory think tank prevailing upon the government in the name of secularism, Kashmiriyat and well wisher of Kashmiri people.
They have never in fact been made accountable to the lakhs of crores of rupees that the Indian state had provided to the rulers of different parties for the development of the State of J&K.
Well, what remains to be seen is what will exist about the Kashmir problem after Pakistan withdraws its support to terrorism unleashed from its land. The problem is further accentuated by the ruling parties and other mainstream parties by coming forward with communally conceived solutions of Self Rule and Autonomy. There will be no Kashmir problem if Government of India abrogated special status given to this state under article 370. Article 370 has given license to a strong and brutal majority leadership of all sorts to keep all other sections of the J&K communities under their thumb and nail; the proof being the present employment package.
Will Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah give it in writing, on affidavit, that there will be no repeat of the past actions of rape, murder, and genocide against the minuscule Hindu minority in Kashmir, if yes, then what is its guarantee? If no, then why are they made to sign affidavits of unusual kind to ensure him that they will not leave Kashmir even if they get killed by wanton gunmen to whom the state distributes financial aid without even getting from them any verbal assurances that they will not pick up the guns against the state again.
The ill conceived affidavit adds an insult to the injury after 20 years of suffering. Offering jobs away from aged parents in Kashmir on conditions and riders, you have simply proved that you have no human consideration for any sufferer. What will the girls do, living away from their parents? Their mere stay will be vulnerable in the hostilities which have not ended as yet. It will only aggravate and complicate the social problems this community is already confronted with.
The package which was announced by Prime Minister with great fanfare and had generated hope has become victim to shortsightedness and ill advice. It smells of a bigger conspiracy to cheat and sooner or later, grab these posts for the people living only in Kashmir valley.

.Confusion all over. package is confusing,Return of KPs confusing , well Kashmir Problem is a big confusion and we have to live with this confusion for centuries to come.
.This world belongs to the victors. You must remember that "All is fair in Love, War, Politics and Business". Forget the Pandits and the Humanitarianism again applies to the 'Stronger'. Those who changed the entire outlook of people around them were meak fragile and defenseless individuals, having no big armies to defend them. They may have vanished but not without making their bit of contribution towards whatever good in society we are witnessing today.
