The wait is over as CBSE Class X results will be declared on May 24
Every year CBSE conducts annual examinations at the end of Class X and XII to grant qualifying certificates to successful candidates to affiliated schools in India as well outside the country.

CENTRAL BOARD of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare results of class X of the Board on 24th May. According to the CBSE, results of class X will be announced at 4:00 pm on its official website as well as through other modes such as IVRS, and SMS. Meanwhile, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the class X results of Chennai region on Monday, May 21. About the CBSE class XII results, the board has not given details, yet.

According to CBSE, class X result will be available at results.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and cbse.nic.in. Students who appeared for the class X examination conducted by CBSE, can also get their results in their mail box by registering themselves on the above mentioned websites. The Board has also arranged IVRS system for the students to get their result instantly after dialing 011-24357276 or 011-28127030.

Students can received their result directly in their inbox through operators including MTNL, BSNL, Airtel, Aircel, Idea, Tata Indicom, Docomo and NIC. For MTNL after type: cbse10 space rollno and send it to 52001 (MTNL), 57766 (BSNL), 54321202, 55077 (Airtel), 5800002 (Aircel), 55456068 (Idea), 54321, 51234, 5333300 (Tata Indicom, Docomo) and 9212357123 (NIC). Rates for SMS for registration & communication of result per roll no. will be Rs.0.50.

CBSE will grade the students of Class X between A1 and E2. Students who fall within the range of A1 to D will qualify for admission to higher classes while the students who obtain grades E1 and E2 need to appear for improvement of their performance.

It is expected that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce its Class XII results at the end of this week. Many students who appeared for the Class XII examinations in the science stream and qualified for the IIT entrance examinations, are eagerly waiting for the result.
