They were asked what dowry crime they committed

A 498 A misuse victim received a phone call from a friend saying, ?I heard you are caught in a 498A case, what did you do to her? I remember I attended the wedding and she never came to your place ... .?

LET ME state the 'crime' of many such people falsely accused of dowry harassment under 498A:

1. They got their son/brother married: Sorry to say but this makes all Indians culprits till they prove their innocence.
2. They harassed the woman for dowry in her dreams: Some of them haven’t actually ever stayed with the woman who accuse them of crimes under 498 A …Well, then all Indian people are equally involved in the crime as they never know, whose dreams they are going to visit in.
3. They have just family, friends, written documents etc as evidence that no harassment was committed from their side: What other evidence do you expect them to produce…a signature from the divine?
4. The guy has parents and siblings: All of us do!

The above factors make just about everyone eligible to be accused…every Indian can be a 498A accused according to the eligibility conditions laid down by the law.

	Indian WOMEN EMPOWERMENT EXEMPS SISTERS AND MOTHERS AND COVERS ONLY WIVES ....I and my brother were recently injured by my brother's (ex) wife who has filed many false cases against us. She openly came to our place with policemen and policewoman and beat me while everything was recorded by our mobile camera. This ruthless behaviour is practiced in India in a completely LEGALISED mannar so that now 498 A misuse victims are not even safe in their own homes, they can be beaten up and tortured by the 498 A wife and her family members even in their homes !!!!!! Beware of marrying your son/ brother in India. If you do this crime, you are eligible of being beaten up in your own home and even if you are a woman, you will not be treated like one since you are mother or sister of an INDIAN MARRIED MAN !!!!!
