Big B would start today's episode with a poem recital. The poem would speak of the power of knowledge and is in Hindi - 'Na Roop Kaam Aata Hai, Na Jhoot Kaam Aata Hai, Na Jaati kaam Aati Hai Na Baap Ka Naam Kaam Aata Hai, Sirf Gyann Hi Aapko Aapka Haq Dilata Hai.' Following this poem would be another of Amitabh Bachchan's talent - his singing ability.

Salim Sulaiman has composed a special rendition of the Rabindra Sangeet 'Ekla Cholo Re' and as Bachchan did it in Kahani, he would once again lend his voice to the same song for Kaun Banega Crorepati's first episode. The whole episode would concentrate on musicals as the top three Indian idol contestants and Poorvi would come together to perform with the very talented Shillong Chamber Choir. Needless to say Amitabh Bachchan would join in the group for a medley specially arranged for the show by Neil Nongkynrih, the choir's founder and conductor.

In a first of sorts, Remo D'Souza, the highly talented choreographer and judge of the famous television talent show Dance India Dance, will also pitch in with a UV choreography for the episode. The first contestant, Kanwar Singh from Amritsar, would be facing Big B for the bout in the episode, and a video would be shown introducing him to the audience. Amitabh Bachchan would also bring Sui Mui, who is the child of Ghadiyal Babu and Srimati Tik Tiki. The ride begins yet again!
