Tips to happiness and a peaceful life ahead
All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings. If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves and lose our freedom.
DAILY LIFE can be made happier. It is matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy. It is true that we meet all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not direct us towards happiness. Nevertheless, we can choose to keep thinking about unhappy events, or we can choose to refuse to think about them and instead, relish the happy moments.

All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings. If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves and lose our freedom by allowing our happiness to be determined by external factors. On the other hand we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy regardless of events that occur around us.


Men, who are always grumbling about their poverty and complain to God about their difficulties are never happy. They think that they are the only ones who are facing problems in their lives. We are only one of them. But if we face our problem bravely and honestly we will overcome and always be happy. But if we take them like big hurdles which are endless we cannot overcome them. So, if we want to remain happy we have to learn how to face problems and overcome them.


What is happiness?? It is feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessive thoughts. We usually experience happiness when we do something that we value. Happiness may at first glance seem to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from within.


One of the best ways to stay happy is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the thoughts of happiness, till we acquire the habit of staying happy.


If we keep a few tips in mind, we can gain happiness in our daily lives:


1.) Think of solutions, not problems


2.) Always look at what you have done and what you have not


3.) Everyday, devote sometime to read a few pages of an inspiring book or an article as it helps a lot.


4.) Everyday, do something good for yourself


5.) Everyday, perform at least one act to make others happy. When you make

someone happy, you feel happy too.

6.) Smile more often


7.) Last but not the least, believe in yourself
