Tips to lose weight without dieting
Do not skip your meals. This will only make you gain weight. So eat regularly, though make sure you do not dig into the wrong kind of stuff. Go in for healthy snacks such as fruits, vegetable sticks and low-fat sandwiches and toast. And if you want to slim down in a healthy and painless way, then try to follow these tips. After all, it's not what you eat but how you eat.

Studies show that a combination of exercises with healthy eating habits is the best way to lose weight. Also, take some time out to stroll around lunch time. Avoid all kinds of junk foods that cause obesity. And don't be fooled by marketing claims, a low fat snack does not necessarily have to be low on calories.


If you chew food longer then you consume lesser calories. Chewing the food for longer time also prevents you from over-eating, as the brain gets more time to receive signals from the stomach that it is full. Chewing your food for longer time also helps in digestion, so try to chew your food for 30-50 times per mouthful.

It is generally assumed that those who want to lose weight, must forget desert or any sugary product. But on the contrary, studies show that not only can you have these, but a 600 calorie carbohydrate and protein rich breakfast that includes desert such as chocolate and ice-cream is good, as these products actually help in shedding weight.

Yet, excessive consumption can lead to problems, because sugar consumption raises the blood glucose level very quickly. Also, do not have food that's high on salt as it contains sodium, though it is an essential nutrient and small quantities of it helps to balance fluids, and keeps the muscles and nerves in shape.
