TomKat reach out-of-court settlement
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, popularly known as TomKat, have settled their divorce issue out of court as reported in the western media.
ACCORDING TO various media reports, TomKat split-couple have reached an agreement purported to be in the best interest of their daughter Suri who is 6 years of age.

The terms of out-of-court settlement have not been disclosed yet, but it seems that visitations of Suri and Tom have been agreed to. The couple had been stressed for quite some time and Tom held strongly that Scientology was the most effective treatment for mental workouts.
Furthermore, Tom has custody of his two children from his second marriage to Nicole Kidman and had wanted the custody of Suri too which seemingly has not worked out.
