Top five miraculous diets to prevent breast cancer
Breast cancer, which is one of the most common cancer's in women is also one of the growing disease in the country. The rate of number of breast cancer patients is increasing day by day and the treatment is also way expensive and difficult.

But as we say 'prevention is better than cure' so if we follow some of the precautions and are care of our diet then preventing it is not very difficult. Taking the right diet and doing regular exercises can help in curbing the cancer to some extent. There are some foods which if included in your diet can help in prevention of breast cancer, they are easy to find and can be used by anybody, some of them are as follows:

Olive Oil:

Olive oil is the oil extracted from the plant olive, it is commonly used in cooking, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and soaps etc. Olive oil is said to be one of the most important ingredient in diet which helps in preventing lots of disease like Cancer, it is not only loaded with risk-reducing antioxidants and phytonutrients, but also has a higher mono-unsaturated fat content than other oils. Mono-unsaturated fats don’t oxidize in the body and deposits fat.

Cruciferous Veggies:

These are normal green veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage.

They are the members of the cruciferous, or cabbage, family of vegetables. They are rich source of vitamins ,minerals, chemicals and other nutrients known as glucosinolates, which are good for the body and the mind. It has been also find that use of cruciferous veggies can lower the risk of breast cancer in women.

These vegetables contain phytonutrients that stop the spread of cancer and stop cancer cells from forming. These phytonutrients also shift estrogen metabolism so your body produces a form of estrogen that doesn’t drive breast cancer.

Garlic:

Garlic is the most common thing found in Indian kitchen and without which most of the Indian dishes does not complete. Garlic also has medicinal values throughout the ancient and modern history to prevent and treat a wide range of conditions and diseases. Protective effects from garlic arises from its antibacterial properties or from its ability to block the formation of cancer-causing substances which halts the activation of cancer-causing substances, enhance DNA repair, reduce cell proliferation or induce cell death.

Green Tea:

Tea is the most common beverage in the household which has been drank all over the world. But there is special thing added with tea, especially green tea and that it is also medically very beneficial. The rates of many cancers are much lower in Asia than other parts of the world.

Some people believe this is because of the high intake of green tea. Some laboratory studies have shown that extracts from green tea can stop cancer cells from growing. Green tea contains substances called polyphenols, and a sub group called catechins, which scientists think give it anti oxidant properties.

Tomatoes:

Tomatoes are the one of the finest veggies which serve a lot of purpose in cooking and can be used differently by the cooks, this little red veggie is one of the most important source of vitamins and proteins. But one of the most important thing that is associated with the tomatoes is that it helps in reducing the risk of breast cancer. Tomatoes are packed with lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that not only gives tomatoes their redness but also protects against breast cancer by stopping cancer cell growth.
