Toyota Recall: Toyota has to regain consumer confidence
Toyota Motors may be growing too fast, compromising the safety norms of vehicles they are producing. It now needs to solve the present glitches and overcome hurt goodwill from Toyota recall, regaining confidence of the market and investors.

The word `Toyota’ was always associated to fast cars with shining alloy wheels, burning up the road. It has been one of the world’s biggest car manufacturing company for the last 30-40 years delivering nations with sedans, SUVs and MUVs . However, its goodwill has suffered a huge dent, following a possible recall of their most renowned Sedan in North American Market: the Corolla.

After Honda, it was the Toyota Corolla which was detected with a faulty steering problem. A formal complaint has been launched with NHSTA (National Highway safety traffic administration) who have sent a research team to the Toyota Motors factory. This issue of faulty steering has been considered as a possible outcome of changing the power steering mechanics from a Hydraulic system to an electric system, this told by Shinichi Sasaki, Toyota Motors Chief quality chief.

Toyota, which was not in good waters since a decade in the North American automobile market with more than 34 crash deaths in the last 6-7 years accounted to its name had more than just the steering issue. Before the steering issue, another concern was raised regarding unintended acceleration in the Toyota vehicles, calling for a massive Toyota recall.

This has not only hurt the brand name of Toyota Motors, but also has affected its prospective investor base. It can be said when times are bad things can really go bad. Toyota may be growing too fast, compromising the safety norms of vehicles they are producing.

At this point, one has to see how Toyota Motors solves the present glitches and overcomes hurt goodwill from Toyota recall, regaining confidence of the market and that of the investors.

.I drove two Fords and two Toyota before. The Fords are lemons. The Toyotas are great cars. Currently I drive a Lexus. It is great. I am not concern. Don't ever ask me to drive a GM or Chrysler.
