Traumatic experiences can never be erased from one's memory
Molestations, rape, murder etc are becoming a common sight, and people who have experienced it, find it very difficult to erase their memories.
GOD FORBID, if you happen to witness a scene unfurling right before your eyes, may be a murder, a suicide or someone about to die; the memory would stick to you forever, as a trauma. Just imagine a young girl being kidnapped, taken to a desolate area, in the dense forests and raped, she will never be able to forget what she went through. It would indeed be a traumatic experience for her.
Such cases are common with BPO employees and BPO cabs. The cab drivers try to take the young girls on the wrong route and later try to molest them and if they object to their acts, they murder them after rape and sadly, the police are not able to trace the culprits too.
The girl, who was molested, can get rid of the scars, but her mental trauma will never fade away. She will never forget that horror night while returning from her place of work. It is time for the authorities to wake up and take a serious look at the issues, which have threatened the life of girls.
