Troubles far from over for funnyman Kapil Sharma and his show
Kapil Sharma, who's currently under the clout of controversy, has some more bad news to confront. After Sunil Grover's exit from his show and the ensuing exchange of 'pleasantries' on Twitter between the two comedians, Sharma's Creative Director for the multi-million grossing show has reportedly quit.

If news from the sets are to be believed, Preeti Simoes, Creative Director of The Kapil Sharma Show had been dropping subtle hints about her inclination towards distancing herself from the show. She had reportedly deleted her Twitter handle and had refused to comment on the ugly scuffle between comedian Kapil Sharma, the mainstay of the show and comedian Sunil Grover, previously part of the show's cast. Preeti is reportedly holidaying.

While Grover left post a nasty mid-air brawl between the two telly stars, neither of the two parties to the conflict wasted any time in carrying their differences to social media. Grover alleged that Sharma's menacing arrogance and his tendency of treating his team with utter disrespect was something he couldn't digest anymore. He also made it clear that he had no intention of returning, even if he gets a pay hike from Sony TV, the channel that owns the show. Although Sunil Grover is contractually bound with Sony till 23rd of April, he explained that nothing legally binds him to Kapil Sharma's Show.

Now with Preeti Simoes's exit, it looks like Sharma's show is steadily heading towards its own despicable demise. It was also reported from unknown sources on the sets of the show that Preeti's quitting the show was preceded by her sister Neeti's exit. When Preeti was contacted for comments, briefly the show's prospects looked up as she allegedly clarified rumours explaining that she's just on a break and hasn't quit.

News of Preeti's alleged exit was preceded by reports of Sharma's fellow comedians on the show Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar walking out which were dismissed shortly afterwards. Surprisingly, Asgar's absence due to prior commitments and on health grounds has coincided with Prabhakar's off day on shoot, as he is an on-again-off-again member of the crew.

In the meanwhile, Sunil Grover aka Dr Mashoor Gulati is back, but not on The Kapil Sharma Show. Grover would be performing as Dr Mashoor Gulati and Rinku Bhabhi – his two popular characters on Kapil's show – on Indian Idol which reaches its finale this weekend. As per a report of Spotboye, the comedian was seen shooting for the same on Wednesday in Film City. Although Grover had informed the channel Sony TV that he would not be reporting for the shooting of Kapil's show, he readily agreed to be part of Indian Idol, since he's still legally bound by the channel.
