Trump fires Chief Strategist Stephen K Bannon; would his move backfire?
Heard enough about Trump firing people! Well, here's another one: The President of United States of America Donald Trump has just fired his Chief Strategist Stephen K Bannon.

Bannon was not just another guy in the Trump team. He was generally considered as the architect of the success of Donald Trump's elections.

What is also clear is that behind Bannon's firing is not Donald Trump's hand, but of many officials in Trump administration.

A statement issued by the White House read, "White House Chief of Staff John F Kelly and Steve Bannon have mutually agreed today would be Steve's last day. We are grateful for his service and wish him the best."

Is this the worst for Trump? Well, may be no, may be the worst is yet to come as White House currently has some officials posted at strategic positions who might go along with Bannon given the fact that they were close aides of Bannon.

While rumours of his possible exit from Trump team had been going on for weeks, especially after Kelly took charge, what seems to have put the nail in the coffin is Bannon's last week's interview with a news publication in which he contradicted Donald Trump over the possibility of a war with North Korea.

Bannon has now joined the league of Reince Priebus, the chief of staff who resigned last months; Sean Spicer the press secretary, and Anthony Scaramucci.

Bannon is a well known right wing nationalist and is seen as one of those who genuinely believe in Donald Trump's policies. So given Bannon's agenda and ideology, he is expected to support Trump from outside as well. But what remains to be seen is how effective he will be now and what his firing means for other supporters of Trump who voted for him en-masse in his presidential elections.
