Tum Mile: Movie Review
The movie is based on shocking Mumbai floods, in which atleast 1000 people were killed. The movie takes us through the journey of Imran and Soha and their struggle of life in the backdrop of the Mumbai 2005 floods.

TUM MILE, has hit the screens today, November 13. Emran Hashmi is playing the lead male protagonist in this movie directed by Kunal Deskmukh. The movie is produced by Mahesh Bhatt and Pritam has provided music to it.

The movie is based on shocking Mumbai floods, in which atleast 1000 people were killed. On July 26, 2005, large number of people were left stranded on the roads, lost their homes and had to struggle to reach back home. It was the eighth heaviest ever recorded 24 hour rainfall measuring 994mm (39.1 inches).

The movie also stars Soha Ali Khan along with Emraan Hashmi. The couple are former lovers and the film takes one into flashback, which shows the couple falling in love, developing a steady relationship and then the usual arguements result in a break up. The present scenario shows both of them battling for their lives after being stuck in the rain and floods. In their struggle for survival, they learn more about each other and things which they had not known in all those years of being together.

The huge sets for the movie were erected at a studio at the outskirts of Mumbai.

The movie Tum Mile has been released across 100 cinemas in India. The music and songs of Tum Mile have already gained popularity. Rituraj, Atul Srivastav, Sachin Khurana, Raaj Seluja, Prerna Chawla and Kishori Shahane are also in the movie other than Emraan and Soha.

Mukesh Bhatt has tried to present the harsh reality of life. Tum Mile is a good movie where life goes beyond romance with great fear, insecurity and struggle for survival.

A must watch movie.
