POPULAR NETWORKING website Twitter has recently launched a new website for access to users through mobiles. The newly launched mobile website interface is, according to Twitter, a preview of things to come.
The new mobile web edition was created by the internal mobile team of Twitter and should be able to work on all WebKit browsers, which are present on any smartphone. The website has promised hassle free access from all smartphone models like the iPhone, Android phones, Nokia S60s or Palm Web OS phone. Twitter says that though there may be some issues with the Blackberry browser, they would be fine tuned soon. The mobile interface for Twitter is a more slick version, with all data presented in an ordered, clutter free manner. Any user who logs into Twitter wold see four tabs which would show Twitter stream, mentions, favourites, and direct messages. Hourly and daily trends are accessible and re-tweets are present too.
