Two constables in Gurgaon proves not corruption, but honesty gets you rewards
To have faith in a police officer or the system is almost laughable in Gurgaon, where the wheel moves on corruption. But inspite of the dark times that we are living in, we have police constables such as Fazruddin and additional head constable Manoj Kumar, who proved that over all evil, good prevails.

Before people start feeling that I am narrating a fable, let me tell you how the two above mentioned police officer got a purse on Tuesday morning, 31 December 2013, which had an expensive phone, fifteen thousand rupees, a mangalsutra as well as some other gold jewellery near Police lines in Gurgaon.

Taking the phone, both the authorities decided to call the last dialled number. The person on the other side, said that he was the brother of the owner of the purse and was in Jaipur. However, he gave the number of Reena, to whom the purse belonged. On calling the number, the police talked to a very worried Reena and asked her to come down to the police station to receive her things.

On reaching the police station, Reena with her husband identified her purse and her belonging in the presence of ACP Traffic Police, Vishnu Dayal. Thus, in a world of corruption, where Kejriwal had to take up the broom to clean our houses and mindset, these two policemen correctly showed by their actions that, 'honesty is the best policy.'

Due to their honesty, ACP Traffic Police Vishnu Dayal also announced some rewards for them.
