Udaipur becomes 'The Best City' in the World
In a recent survey by the popular US Travel magazine, Udaipur topped the list of the 'Best city' in the world.
AS PER the survey of US Travel Magazine 'Travel and Leisure' Udaipur topped among all the cities of the world to become the Best City of the world by scoring 87.94 points and finished ahead of Cape Town, Bangkok and Buenos Aires. In the previous year, it was not among the Top Ten cities. 

Udaipur, popularly known as 'The Lake city' and 'The Venice of East' has 1.86 international tourist in the year 2008, in addition to many more domestic tourist that visited this beautiful city rich in cultural heritage and royal vigour. Its hotel become popular destination from last few years for Marriage Tourism and many rich and famous celebrated their marriage ceremonies in traditional style in royal way in the heritage hotels of Udaipur.

Udaipur:

Situated on the NH 8 and 406 km from the state capital Jaipur and 670 KM from the Delhi is well connected by Rail, Road and Air.
