Ukrainian wife tortured by Indian man wants to go home
A Ukrainian lady doctor married an Indian doctor and attracted by the love of the land came here to set up her family with him. But now she is tortured by her husband, neglected by society for which she feels rejected and wants to return.
IT IS great pity that a Ukrainian lady loved a man, an Indian doctor from the land of love, India. Got attracted and came to India to start her life. A bee attracted by the honey of love came to this flower land of India. After being battered by her husband, neglected by her in-laws and after getting no support from society and dejected, she wants to go back to her homeland Ukraine.
Here, the male doctor has additional responsibilities as he has married a girl from another country where, we Indians hold a highly respected position for our human value. To keep it up, now our first and foremost duty will be to desist her from leaving India and help her stay here with dignity love, honour, happiness and peace.
The society should prevail on the husband to perform his duty which he had promised while uttering the sacred mantras of marriage. If he is not willing he must be brought to book by due process of law.
We can’t allow her to suffer for no fault of hers. It is needless to say that the act of her husband is not only shameful but also against the basic law of Hinduism where it is the duty of the husband to provide ‘roti kapra aur makan (fooding, clothing and lodging)’ to his wife whom he has accepted as his other half.

She can take the Shelter of India Legal System and book her Husband and her inlaws under the several Provisions of Indian Penal Code besides that SHe can also claim Maintainance for the life time.
If the Husband is now marrying another Girl he can also be charged for Bigemy and sent to Jail
