As per the affidavite filed by G.of I. MOH Israt was confirmed terrorist' Police from Gujrat had gone to Mumbai to pick him up based on certain inputs, they had no personnel problem with him.All encounters are always from close quarters and is either kill or get killed. In fact Gujrat High court has already stayed all action on the and ordered inquiry. This entire episode appears to be politically motivated
