Veteran comedian Kader Khan's condition deteriorates further, rushed to Canada for treatment
Veteran Bollywood comedian, dialogue writer and actor Kader Khan has not been keeping well of late. The 79-year-old Khan has reportedly been wheelchair-bound for quite sometime now due to joint pains.

According to a latest report, the veteran comedian who left the audience in splits with his comic performances in numerous films has been rushed to Canada, where his elder son resides, for seeking medical treatment after a failed knee surgery.

Khan was last seen at the trailer launch event of the film `Hogaya Dimaagh Ka Dahi' in August 2015.

Fellow Bollywood actor, Shakti Kapoor, who is equally famous for his comic timing as he is for portraying negative characters onscreen, besides having the distinction of starring in many films along side Kader Khan, revealed that his condition had indeed worsened.

A report published by quoted actor Shakti Kapoor as saying, "Yes, Kader Khan is now on a wheelchair. It's so bad to be talking about this and I am trying to reach him since the past few days, but I am not able to get his number. I hope to have it in the next 2-3 days."

It has also been learned that Khan spent the past few months at yoga guru Baba Ramdev's ashram in Haridwar seeking relief for his joint pains.
