Wachovia website outage: Wachovia banking site glitches, latest news
Wachovia banking, which was acquired some time ago by Wells Fargo, has not made any official statement, regarding Wachovia website outage.

 AS PER certain reports, the Wachovia online banking website is barring certain users from logging in today morning. Many users have posted information about the Wachovia website outage on the internet, through message boards and discussions.

Wachovia banking, which was acquired some time ago by Wells Fargo, has not made any official statement in this regard. The fourth largest bank holding company in United States, was purchased by Wells Fargo dyring the financial crisis.

The bank, which was acquired by Wells Fargo at the height of the financial crisis, did not immediately return emails seeking comment.

The Wachovia website outage reports state that it works fine till customers try to log in. From this point onwards, the Wachovia online banking website gives error messages, claiming that the username and password are wrong.

It has still not been confirmed whether the Wachovia website outage is a temprory problem, or limited to a certain region.

Throughout the morning of April 9, 2010, the Wachovia web site was not allowing sign ins. For a brief 15 minute window, I was able to gain access - very slowly. Not sure if my transactions recorded.
