Want to gain weight? Here are some healthy tips
While most people seem to be interested only in how to loose weight and drop those extra kilos. There are others who want to put on a little weight as well. Unfortunately most people fall pray to unnecessary meals such as junk foods to put on weight.

Here are five natural foods that will help you gain weight in a healthier way:

Bananas: Banana is a high calorie fruit, one medium banana has 105 calories. If you are looking to follow any weight loss diet, then banana is one fruit we should keep away from. It is good for people who want to increase there weight with healthy calories.

Dried fruits: Dried fruits provides same calories in the same volume of fresh fruits. A cup of raisins has 493 calories, while a cup of fresh grapes contains only 104 calories. Add raisins to oat milk or yogurt or mix dried cherries on cranberries into salads.

Mangoes: The king of fruits, it raises calories and equally results in weight gain. Mangoes are quite heavy and have a high calorie content of approximately 100 calories per fruit. Therefore mangoes are one of the fruit that increase weight.

Chiku: it is another fruit which increase weight and contain high calories. This small, brown and delicious fruit seems to have an impact on the weight of the body. Though eating this fruit once in a while would not make much of a difference, but their are chances of increase in weight on a regular and higher consumption.
