Website dedicated to Rajnikanth that runs on Rajni power
The new site is taking the internet world by storm. This time Rajnikanth has done another of his miracles. He has actually managed to run a website without an internet connection.

DESIMARTINI.COM and Webchutney's creative director Gurbaksh Singh gave the ultimate salute to the Superhero Rajnikanth by designing a website that runs without internet. He wanted to pay tribute to the superhero’s larger than life image and what better way to do it then by making a website run without internet. The website, www.allaboutrajni.com, has an interesting homepage that runs only on Rajni Power.

People are greeted with a miniature animated Rajnikanth pointing a gun at the user with the words, “he is no ordinary man” and “this is no ordinary website.” People who cut their internet connection will only be able to enter into the world of Rajnikanth through this website. With a very heady and quick foot tapping music, a great design and vibrant colours, the Rajni website provides information about his background, snippets from his life and the all favourite Rajnikanth jokes.

Although, it might seem impossible but the website is based on a complex algorithm running in the back-end that keeps an eye on the propagation of data packets between two terminals. Only when the internet speed goes down to zero does the site starts functioning. Netizens, who want to check the response of the website by reconnecting their internet connection, would get a humorous message, “Aiyyo! That was unexpected. To keep browsing, switch off your internet” as reported in timesofindia.com.

The website is catching everyone’s eye as first off all it is a Rajni site and secondly everyone is sharing it on their Twitter and Facebook pages. Do we have another Kolaveri Di in the making?
