What is a real democracy?
India is the world's largest democratic country. Do we really know about democracy? Can anyone give the real meaning of Democracy?
DEMOCRACY IS a very common word used by our politicians; do we really know what democracy is? Is it just a dictionary word? American President Mr. Abraham Lincoln had stated that the democracy is a form of government, which is formed "by the people", "for the people" and "of the people". 
Think about this. There are 5 political parties in a state and they are all contesting from a single constituency. The population of that constituency is say 10 lakhs. The political parties get their polling results and their polling results are 17.5%, 18%, 18.5%, 17%, 19% and the remaining 10% did not give their votes. Considering these results, the political party with just 19% votes wins the election. The party’s chosen candidate will become the people's representative from that constituency. How come a person who was elected by 19% of the people can represent 100% of the people in that constituency? The remaining 81% people had not accepted him as their representative. This is the so-called "DEMOCRACY" and we are the biggest “DEMOCRACIES" in the world. How can we say that this is a people's government?
india is a democratic country their is no doubt about it.indian are sentimental fools this is the main weekness of india.the politicians are not right way in india this is the main problem.self responsibility also one problem.we dont avoid other castes and other country's people who they are staying in india.their is no perfect system in our politics.we all are to think about it seriously.then only we can save our country.
