What lies beneath the suface in Kashmir
According to our own analysts and experts the unrest in the youth was caused by poverty, hunger and unemployment. One wondered if these were the reasons then why was not the uprising taking place in the darkest areas of India.
THE UNREST and turmoil created by stone pelting mobs erupting against a backdrop of alleged killings by security forces of certain youths in a sequential manner resulting as an aftermath of stone pelting at security forces in different places of valley, has given opportunity to local and national press to put the ground realities once again upside down. Noam Chomsky in one of his writing states that the monopoly capitalist system of U.S is keen to use terrorism as weapon to extend its intervention in the areas where it cannot otherwise directly deploy its armed forces or force its policies of coercion and fraud.
He, during his visit to India had said, "The literal notion of terrorism, and one which is contained in official U.S. documents, instructed that "terrorism (is) the calculated use of violence or threat of violence to attain goals that are political, religious or ideological in nature (carried out) through intimidation, coercion, or instilling fear." Chomsky argued that American imperialist policy has jettisoned this literal definition in favour of the propagandist one, which is nothing but a truism. This preferred version categorises anyone who is against the U.S., its friends and allies, as a terrorist. Thus U.S and its allies at the one hand find excuses to wage war against terror and on the other hand use terror as an instrument of intervention and arm twisting with the nations not falling in line with the U S policies of Global Monopoly Capitalist strong hold. In our own country we have sufficient proof of having active US lobbies and interest sharing partners, who get active after the opening up of the Indian economy and its aftermath. As it has been often noted that economic and strategic U S partners, while preaching Global equitable Market reach at international forums turn the conditions of their own country in such manner that the majority of the people remain excluded from the gains and fruits of economic development that takes place in these countries.To keep general masses away from these fruits of their perpetual labour and toil, illiteracy, religious bias and other social conflicts are used to engage people in artificial and deliberately created conflicts. Instead of strengthening the democratic institutions these institutions are used by coercion to get hold of them and then use these for narrow interests of individuals and certain groups. India has given complete freedom to anti people forces in all shapes and hues that exist in valley. The “separatists” as our Government and media calls them have got legal recognition as an entity, spokespersons and representatives of Kashmiris. It is a ham that those who have been openly supporting the communal agenda of Pakistan sponsored terror groups should be given the mandate to negotiate peace for the people of Kashmir whom they have been misleading, instigating with communal hate and using as cannon fodder to meet their own political ambitions and aspirations. This is where one gets apprehensive about a complete Indian political class and is forced to think as what is it that made Indian and Kashmiri political leaders ignore upcoming well read and educated progressive youth of Kashmir and project Mullahs and religious preachers and terrorists and murderers as people’s voice.Why are not right thinking young people being encouraged to lead, why is a certain sect of politicians only thought fit to lead. The faces of politicians have not changed since last six decades in J&K .J&K youth are given no role to play in the political affairs of the State. Their voice goes unheard. Instead some powerful people due to their wealthy credentials and close connection can make it to the group of CM advisors and often advice him ill. Their political foresight is slave to their own economic gains and losses and they have no idea about the betterment of general people of J&K. J&K needs a visionary, who thinks above the religious dispensation. Who puts his head and heart in reaching out to people. It should include all people from all the three regions. There can be no out of way short cuts to solve the people’s problems. To reach out to people make them a part and parcel of your development schemes. Involve and engage youth in development programmes by giving them responsibilities at all administrative levels. Engage youth of villages and urban sectors in different work schemes. Instead of talking to disgruntled separatists talk to your people and open your arms for them.
We can hardly see any equation between a religious branded Pakistan abetted and aided and at the early beginning US initiated terrorist and separatist tirade of terrorism in J&K, with Naxalism. Terrorism in J&K targeted the aboriginal Hindus of the valley and committed heinous crimes of human right violations against them, had driven them out, raised the bogey of Aazadi and committed the rarest of the rare human right violations amounting to a complete near genocide against valley Hindus. It is completely communally devised and full of hate and negation for other religions. It denies any freedom to those who are not fundamentalists Muslims.
This is evident from the way they demonstrate themselves in even protest rallies. They seem to dislike any thing and every thing that speaks of equality justice and freedom yet they want others to believe that they love freedom. Yes they love the freedom of making others the slave of their wishes and aspirations which are world known and need no further explanation from any one.
As regarding the people of Kashmir it is clearly stated that other than the handful of terrorists and separatists ( they are also mouth piece of terrorists) all other people of all the three regions of J&K comprise the people.
I've but to agree with Noam Chomsky that the monopoly capitalist system of U.S is keen to use terrorism as weapon to extend its intervention in the areas where it cannot otherwise directly deploy its armed forces or force its policies of coercion and fraud.

Where and What??????s Naxalism all about Sir ? ??????Instead of talking to disgruntled separatists talk to your people and open your arms for them ??????? Who are these people and how to reach them ?
