Why follow the crowd when you can lead the crowd? 02 June, 2014
All this while, we have been living our lives which somewhere or the other has been influenced by others around us. Influence of others on us is quite natural unless and until it starts to dominate our own thinking.

Be it the kind of clothes we wear or the decisions we take. From the very beginning the dominance has started to rule over us. The fact that our lives are being lived only to be in accordance with the world. The fact that our mindsets are being altered by others around us is clear enough to prove how we have lost the freedom to even think for our own good.

Sadly, we are just mere puppets controlled by the so-called society.

But the point is not putting the blame on one side of the coin. It happens because we let it happen. We let ourselves get influenced and guided and driven by someone else’s thoughts. We let ourselves so loose out there to get easily played and fooled by people.

The problem is not with the world playing so smart. The problem is with us being so dumb. The problem is not their insensitive attitude towards us but our lack of confidence. The only solution to not let someone impose their thoughts on you is to empower your own true self.

Stop thinking there is something wrong with you. Your flaws were created for your greatness. Why follow the crowd when you can lead the crowd? Why seek opinions when you can get your own? All you got to do is look inward and make your life count. It is on you. Stop following. Start Living.
