THE LAST time I checked, Justin Bieber was this gangly young kid, who had too much hair in his eyes, a swagger and a low-rise jeans that almost defied gravity, owing to its ability not to slip down despite being worn so low. However, this Billboard awards when he won the Top Social artist award I could see a star, who was confident in his skin had a loud screaming applause when he came onto the stage, wearing the most stylish outfit for a boy of 18 years of age. It is little baffling when one is confronted with the question of why is he so famous, especially in India, where American music lovers form the minority group.
However, it would be wrong to say that the boy doesn't have talent as he does sing well and come up with funky, party songs. His song 'Baby' was the most memorable single till date and he can do a dance number fairly well. In spite of the fact that the above piece was trying to determine the Biebermania and has not been fully successful but one can now at least grasp that why Justin Bieber is so famous.
