Why people resort to alcoholism and how to control this habit among them
Experts need to get involved periodically to debate the issue of alcoholism and its effects on the society and how to prevent it. There could be many reasons for a common man to resort to alcoholism. A couple of them could be as follows:
  • Due to getting excess stress and strain at work places

Due to getting a feel of being neglected at home or in married life, wife not treating her husband properly and so on

Besides the above, there could be many more reasons for people to resort to alcoholism.  One of the main tasks of any Government should be to reduce the number of alcoholic addicts and also to ensure that there are no new enrolments to this category.

One of the best ways to achieve this feat is by mandating different States to go in for prohibition of alcoholism. Both manufacturers and all those involved in this part of business would be offering strong deterrent for any move by the Government to reduce the impact of the alcoholics in the country. But with a brave face, concerned people need to do everything to ensure that in a country like India, resorting to alcoholism is not going to be accepted easily.

Various Governments must put up a brave front to forego the revenue earnings coming through the sale of alcoholic drinks and for achieving this one of the best ways is to go in for complete prohibition of alcoholic drinks. The biggest advantage would be more peace and harmony could be expected from different places where there is total prohibition.

While debating this issue, solutions should also be found out as to how to make an addicted person come out from addiction of alcoholic drinks.

If good results are achieved on this single subject, Governments have all the right to publicly pronounce that they have achieved a significant milestone by making the society free from alcohol usage.

One of the major thrusts of any Government at any point of time is to continue to encourage debates on this issue for arriving at best of the solutions for making the society and different communities enjoy more peace and prosperity by shunning to alcoholism.
