Wimbledon semifinal preview: Djokovic Vs Del Potro; Murray Vs Janowicz
It is business as usual in Wimbledon with only four remaining contenders, Andy Murray, Novak Djokovic, Del Potro and Jerzy Janowicz, who play their respective semi-final matches tonight. Djokovic faces Potro in the first semis, while Murray plays Janowicz in the second.

Djokovic Vs Del Potro: The Serbian, Djokovic has been the favourite to win the title even before the competition started and with Nadal and Federer losing in the initial rounds, it has just increased his chances to win his seventh grand slam. Djokovic, the top seed has looked great, as he has not lost a single set in the competition. He has been playing some smooth tennis and would make life difficult for Del Potro.

But Potro also has been in rich vein of form defeating players like David Ferrer en route to the semis. He, like Djokovic, has not lost a single set in the competition. The Argentinean may be second favourite in the clash, but make no mistake, for Potro would jump the gun, if Djokovic comes with a below par performance in the match. Del Potro’s best result in Wimbledon prior to this edition of the competition has been a fourth round finish in the 2011 and 2012 competition.

Murray Vs Janowicz

Andy Murray, the local boy is the favourite to win his semi-final encounter against Janowicz from Poland, who has made his way into the semis. The Polish player has lost all his matches in straight sets excluding his match against Melzer, which he won in five sets and against Stepanek, he won the game as his opponent retired during the second set itself. Defeating Britain's number one is a huge task for Janowicz, but with 2013 Wimbledon being a year of surprises, anything can happen.

Murray would not let any such surprises take place with the form he is in. Murray enjoyed a comfortable run in the Wimbledon 2013 championship until he ran into the Spaniard, Verdasco, who made him sweat during his journey to the semis. With two sets down against the Spaniard, the Brit showed his true class and came up with a magnificent game and won the three remaining sets to remain alive in the competition.

Murray Vs Djokovic final expected

After the exit of Nadal and Federer from the competition, Murray and Djokovic are favourites to play the finals of Wimbledon 2013. Djokovic won the competition in 2011, while Murray is yet to win the elusive grand slam. Murray's best finish has been a 2012 finalist, where he lost to one of the all time legends, Roger Federer.

One expects a classic final between the two, who have been the most dominant player in the ATP circuit.
