The selection procedure was chalked out at Shri Baldev Raj Mittal Auditorium of the University. The rounds of personal interview were made after initial short-listing. A few of the students who got selected, Mayur Aggarwal, Sandeep Nath, Shikha Kuthiala and Kritika Mahajan said in similar tones: “Attending a placement drive is in itself a great learning process, at least, for a beginner. We will certainly writ a great success story for the works going to be assigned to us after our Joining in the month of June, 2011. We are really elated to the core that we got a chance by proving our worth through our learning.”

On this drive, the Chancellor of LPU,  Ashok Mittal Said: “It is a good news that the giant companies like Wipro are offering jobs by inviting the graduating students from BCA/ B Com / BBA streams. It is indeed a healthy sign for the students in getting finest of jobs at such an early stage as well as for the ever growing Indian economy. It is hoped that the students will prove their worth up to the expectations of such giant groups.”
