THE INDIAN Cellular Association (ICA) has called for a ban on cloned International Mobile Equipment Identification (IMEI) numbers, stating that they pose a danger to national security. ICA has asked the government to ban these numbers in the same manner, it has banned the mobile handsets which do not have IMEI number.
