'Without financiers there would be no film', says seasoned film producer Angel Cassani
Seasoned film producer Angel Cassani has been bringing internationally watched films to the screen for the past decade. With commercial hits including "Never Surrender" with James Russo from "Django Unchained", "Chavez Cage of Glory" with international bad boy Danny Trejo, and countless others under his belt, Angel has come up with a unique formula that not only draws crowds to the screen, but more importantly, ensures the films he produces have the budget to execute the production.

Without proper financing, a film will never make it to the big screen; and sadly, this is the case for many films that end up on someone's shelf, hidden away never to see the light of day. With Angel behind the scenes though, filmmakers and investors alike can bank on the fact that a production will in fact be met with a lucrative release.

When Angel first began producing films back home in Argentina he was met with immediate success, finding a niche market in the world of UFC and other martial arts inspired films, a genre that has only considered to grow over the years. Aside from the feature films "Never Surrender" and "Chavez Cage of Glory", some of the other films he's raised funding for and ensured they make it to the screen include "No way Out", "Death Warrior" and "Unrivaled." Angel's ingenious methods and mastery when it comes to pitching studios was key to gaining distribution from industry heavyweight Lionsgate, which is known for the massively successful 'Twilight Saga' that floored the masses upon initial release in 2008.

It's no secret that the world of film has undergone major changes in terms of the way films are produced and released due to the rise of internet streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu and others. For many producers and film studios alike, this change in the industry brought devastating consequences with overall box office numbers swiftly plummeting. Producer Angel Cassani however, with his long history as a financial expert, was one industry figure who adapted quickly.

Before moving into the film industry, Angel started Global Capital Markets Group in Chile, Colombia and Peru, a big multi-national client portfolio including BellSouth, Motorola, Avon, etc., and with over 15 years of experience in finance, he knows how to adapt to market changes before they even happen-- something that has meant the difference between the powerful return on investment he ensures for the films he produces. Angel quickly capitalized on foreign pre-sales, and gained distribution for his films on Blu-ray and DVD in order to pad the profit losses that were occurring at the box office worldwide.

For the upcoming action films "No way Out" and "The Pastor," both due out in 2018, Angel's contributions as executive producer, such as raising funds and helping attach a powerful cast that will assuredly draw a crowd, were integral to getting the films made. Targeting lovers of the fight genre, a formula that has proven to be commercially successful in all of Angel's past film endeavors.

Knowing that a recognizable cast will ensure a film gets the attention they want, Angel helped ensure a strong cast for "Duel of Legends," which stars Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa from Amazon's hit two-time Primetime Emmy Award winning series "The Man in the High Castle," martial arts master and Argentinian film star Hector Echavarria, who is also directing the films, and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson from "The A-Team" starring Oscar nominees Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper.

Never one to stop working, in addition to the upcoming films "Duel of Legends" and "The Pastor," Angel is also currently in pre-production with three other Hollywood films, including "Last Tango," "Hit man's Funeral" and "Hunter."
