Women take a lead in all sectors
It should not come as a surprise to you that women in India are taking lead over men and most of them have managed to make it to the top. While we have top women politicians, we also have the best administrators and executives in the shape of women.

THOSE DAYS are over when women would be restricted inside the four walls of a compound, baking countless chappatis for their families. Whether or not there is a women’s bill, they have made it to the top in every field be it education, IT, sports or business. To name a few we have our Hon’ble President , Meira Kumar, Lok Sabha Speaker, Sonia Gandhi, UPA chairperson. Sushma swaraj, Leader of opposition, Sheila Dikshit, Delhi Chief Minister, Nirupama Rao, the US ambassador, Sunita Williams, the US astronaut.

Not only do they take proper care of their children and families, they are participating in all walks of life like administration, defence, police, politics etc. Though women’s bill is necessary but these women have shown that they have fastened their belts and will face all the challenges in life bravely with or without the bill.

Fuelled with ambition and enormous energy, they are achieving new milestones with every passing day. They have become role models for many men who would earlier consider them meek and dumb. Imagine a lady, Mamata Banerjee forcing the government to shelve its FDI in retail sector. This was not possible a decade ago but now women are taking a lead at all the workplaces.
